This class focuses on gentle and deeply restorative poses made comfortable with the use of props. Seated meditation, chanting and pranayama are also incorporated to support relaxation, vitality and peace. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, and especially supportive for students who are recovering from an injury or managing other restrictions in their body.

This class is uplifting and vitalizing, with an emphasis in healthy alignment and a fluid sequence of classical asanas. Inspired by the alignment principals and philosophies of Iyengar, Anusaura and Prajna Yoga, this class is suitable for all levels, as props and hands on adjustments are provided to help accommodate each unique student.
