                Class Descriptions

                                     ALIGN AND FLOW    Fri  9-10 am

This class is uplifting and vitalizing, with an emphasis in healthy alignment and a fluid sequence of classical asanas. Inspired by the alignment principals and philosophies of Iyengar and Prajna Yoga, this class is active and most suited to those who have previous yoga experience.

                                      RESTORATIVE     Tues 5-6 pm
This class focuses on gentle and deeply restorative poses made comfortable with the use of props. Seated meditation and
 pranayama are also incorporated to support relaxation, vitality and peace. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, and especially supportive for students who are recovering from an injury or managing other restrictions in their body.
